Gin description

The original form of today's gin comes from Friesland and was known as Genever, the Low German name for juniper. This schnapps made from juniper berries was already mentioned in documents in the Middle Ages. At that time, Frisian freedom was proclaimed in East Frisia under the name "Eala Frya Fresena". In order to remember the great history of the Frisians and that of Frisian Gin / Genever, we have created the FREEsia GIN. The fine notes of juniper are complemented by the flowery and sweet aroma of an East Frisian tea distillate.
