For our "Forestier" Gin, we have integrated berries & plants, some of which are harvested in the surrounding forests, such as wild alias, rosehips, blueberries, ... We thus discover an intense and complex gin with notes of citrus zest, resin and undergrowth. To taste pure or associated with a Tonic.
