Gin description

For this unique gin we have 27 selected herbs and fruits from our garden and the adjoining wilderness next to the old white village of Gaucin in the south of Spain, including lemon, wild rosemary, wild sage, wild thyme and lavender. They were mixed with great care and give Gaugin his wonderful character that only offer nature and the Andalusian sun. Gaugin II is distilled three times in a small copper alembic in order to give it its fruity aroma and delicate, excellent balanced flavor. The choice of herbs used in Gaugin are a tribute to the traditions of the Andalusian Early alchemists, a tradition that goes back more than 1000 years.
