What makes our Gerster Dry Gin unique, however, is the distillation of the fine nuances from the crust of our flamed and award-winning barley bread. Together with an exclusive selection of spice aromas and botanicals, such as the spruce shoots harvested in the Deister, this special gin becomes a clear message of pleasure! What connects our craft with this gin is the calm that is given to the product during production. This fine wine rests for eight weeks before it is filled into the bottle. Just like with our baked goods, you can taste this calm in the fantastic aroma.
