Sothis Gin

Gin description

Inspired by the terroirs, Sothis gin is a creation of Maxime Chapoutier. It borrows its name from a star and a goddess, symbol of fertility. Distilled from organic grapes and plants from the vineyards of Maison M. Chapoutier, in the heart of the Rhône Valley, Sothis begins with a first finely spicy nose. It evolves towards more floral and exotic notes: chamomile, mango. The palate reveals notes of citrus fruits then spices, reminiscent of lemon thyme and verbena. Finally, the bitterness brings depth and disappears on herbal notes.
