Gin description

A Western style gin with a luxurious floral melange. Juniper plays backup to cardamom, coriander, cinnamon, and other botanicals to create a fragrant blend that pairs beautifully with tonic and a cucumber garnish. We’ve concocted a gin that surprises and delights even those who don’t like gin. Delicate, interesting, creamy aromas and flavors of frosted graham crackers, citrus custard, cinnamon spiced nuts, and floral honey with a glycerous, shy, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a tingling, interesting, relaxed white pepper, cherry gelatin and gum, rose water, and minerals finish.
