A very unusual, vintage gin from the perfumer & aroma connoisseur Kim Weisswange and created with love in the heart of Hamburg. The Premium Weisswange Old Tom Gin is made with carefully selected ingredients from the plant world (partly from controlled organic cultivation) and distilled, giving it its wonderfully balanced, smooth taste. Old Tom Gin is an original variant of the usual gin that we all know and love. It’s softer and sweeter than the DRY GIN and in the 18th and 19th centuries it was the popular choice. For the production of Weisswange Old Tom Gin, Kim has used 47 different ingredients. These include juniper, angelica root, coriander seed, orange, lemon, hyssop, vervain, lemon balm, ginger, cassia, licorice, tarragon, fennel, celery, iris root, vanilla, cardamom, tonka and almond.
