Gin description

Gilliam ‘s Gin Barrel-aged is a very limited release of only 360 bottles worldwide. Carefully laid to rest for 13 months on casks that previously held Pineau des Charentes. Gilliam ’s Gin is a Belgian company since 2016. Its roots lie in Outrijve, a small village in the southern part of Flanders. Gilliam’s Gin is a handcrafted, premium gin which lends its name to the two sons of the designer, Gilles and Liam. “ The Golden Apple” , has 9 separately distilled botanicals. Juniper berries, Japanese Fugi and the Belgica apple are the head ingredients. No less than 23 kg of apples are used to produce 100 liters of gin. The result is a very accessible and perfectly balanced gin. Furthermore, after one year, this gin is awarded at the World Gin Awards 2017 as best Belgian contemporary gin. trendsetters and innovators in the world of gin! After one year, GILLIAM’S GIN won Best Contemporary Gin at the World Gin Awards 2017. It also won Double Gold at the China Wine and Spirits Awards 2018.
