Gin description

Gilliam's Gin originated in Outrijve, a village in the southern tip of West Flanders. It is an artisanal gin which owes its name to the two sons of the designer, Gilles and Liam. The Golden Apple is a unique distillate from the Belgica and the Japanese Fugi apple. Enriched with Spanish and Oriental key. A trendsetting and innovative gin, in a pure bottle! Thomas Wittouck, the West Flemish entrepreneur, the apples himself edited and this personally delivers to the distiller. Thus, one creates a constant quality in order to obtain an overhead distillate. There are 23 kg apples grown to produce 100 liters gin.
