Resulting from a double manufacturing technique: Maceration & Fermentation, Le Gin from the Distillerie d'Isle de France is innovative and different. A tangy, spicy and floral nose with notes of citron, lemongrass, verbena and Bissap (hibiscus flower) will satisfy both amateurs and neophytes. The fermentation of Pineapple and Ginger combined with the distillation in an artisanal Stupfler still, give it an incomparable roundness, which you can enjoy dry or in cocktails
