Gin description
Our triple slow distillation gin is a spirit of character combining the edge of wild juniper berries with the sweetness of elder flowers from the Ubaye Valley. Its reduction in local spring water gives it great aromatic richness. To be enjoyed dry or in a cocktail, our gin is both lively and complex and reveals the strong character of our mountain juniper.
