Gin by Fred - Flower power

Gin description

A floral gin with no added sugar, made from durum wheat spirit, juniper, elderflower, orange blossom, poppy and hibiscus. Slowly distilled in a Charente still using steam infusion, then finished with a cold maceration of the flowers in Montmartre. The ruby colour with pink highlights heralds a delicate aromatic profile, characterised by poppy, orange blossom, elderflower, hibiscus and a lovely juniper undertone. Serve with a neutral tonic or over ice.
