Made from a wheat-based spirit and regional ingredients, its recipe is inspired by the history and culture of its village. This Gin is made entirely from berries picked on the hillsides of the distillery. The botanicals used are associated with juniper and infused in the still. This elegant Gin, born from a distillation of juniper berries and various local plants, is finely spiced, with its freshness, it opens with notes of mint and black pepper.
