Gin Collesi is made with top quality ingredients: pure spring water of Monte Nerone and local juniper berries, typical of the Apennines. Gin Collesi has a full grain alcoholic base, which is infused with 7 botanicals, including cherries, walnuts, hops, rose, orange and lemon. These are the aromas that give Gin Collesi it's special personality. However, what makes Gin Collesi really unique is the way they are infused: the true secret of craftsmanship. Gin Collesi is diluted with Monte Nerone water, then cooled to -15°C for at least 30 hours, filtered, bottled and allowed to ripen in darkness for at least 4 months. Gin Collesi has a rich and intense flavor, both strong and at the same time melodious, profoundly complex and balanced.
