The whole remains clear and well-balanced, with a sense of indulgence and enough lift to bring depth to the tasting experience. Its lightly red hue comes from a cold infusion of fresh strawberries sourced from Ferme du Spamboux in Mont-Sainte-Geneviève, with no artificial colouring added.
