Gin description

We always wanted to create not only beer but also a spirit with the unadulterated taste of spruce shoots, unclouded by additives or artificial flavours. After experimenting with various mixtures of spruce shoots and trying to get the most flavour out of them through different processing methods, we finally could manufacture our own unique and truly Spruce Gin. Woody citric notes of herbaceous spruce shoots bring light and freshness to the flavour, the hint of honey makes it unusually smooth, mellow and long lingering, while light floral notes of orange and lavender flowers drift like a feather softly dripping a gentle calmness to the taste.
