Gin description

The character of our gin is based primarily on the precise alliance of aromatics, plants and spices made upstream by us. Whether they come from Brittany, Europe or Asia, these "botanicals" have been rigorously selected from producers and suppliers all certified in Organic Agriculture. After prior maceration of some of them in a neutral grain alcohol of the best quality, the whole is distilled in small copper stills specially designed for the occasion. A gentle heating in a bain-marie for several hours is necessary to obtain the best from the distillates.
