Gin In A Tin No. 13 - Ginger, Angelica & Lemon Peel

Gin description

A trip overseas inspired this blend having seen ginger being grown on a commercial scale. Many hours of fun were had creating this blend. It houses distinctive notes of ginger, angelica root and lemon peel as well as many other botanicals, centred around juniper to create a balanced, late Autumnal /early Winter warmer. Distinctive earthy ginger on the nose with a subtle lemon finish. In the mouth, juniper sits at the forefront, followed by, an earthy body of ginger leading to hits of lemon before returning to the warmth of the ginger.
