With a limited production, Gastronomy Blanc made this exquisite triple distilled premium gin made in vintage stills from the 1850s and subsequently processed for 2 filtered. A selection of 13 botanical among which stands out the strawberry, which is macerated for 6 months, ensuring the removal of all flavors. Top quality alcohol from grain. Equal quality water treated with reverse osmosis deionized.
