Merlín

Gin description

Gin Merlin is a project of Jeremiah Lózar devised by Professor Monsieur Bertrand, who set out to create a gin unlike any other author. Therefore, the starting point is the vinous distillate. The process of developing Gin Gin Merlin includes a double distillation in rectification columns supplemented by a third distillation in stills. Among its botanicals are citrus, cinnamon, coriander, licorice or nutmeg, among others. This is a very elegant gin, noted for its smoothness on the palate.
