Gin description

Inspired by the sea, this blend complements many culinary dishes containing fish. With distinctive notes of samphire, angelica and coriander as well as many other botanicals centred around juniper berries this gin is wonderfully subtle yet complex. The nose: has big fresh green notes with underlying citrus tones. The mouth: juniper and coriander are upfront followed by a citrus body and to conclude fresh green notes of the samphire and slight salt tickle the taste buds.
