Gin description

To create the fusion of Japanese ingredients, we blended the quintessential Japanese citrus lemony yellow Yuzu that is said to combine the flavours of grapefruit lime and orange. To build a more complex depth. We then add fruity-fresh plum and Japanese Sansho pepper. As soon as you taste the gin, the spice and citrus flavours come to the fore with a lengthy slightly sweet aftertaste from the delicate plum. The Juniper-forward nose combines with the sauce and fruit to give a lingering sense of its fusion heritage. Excellent over ice, as a classic Gin and Tonic, in classic gin cocktails like a classic dry Martini, or as a Negroni with Campari and Vermouth. Garnish with any citrus fruits.
