Gin description

The GIN LANCEMENT is our second cuvée. It is a gourmet dry gin distilled and bottled on the occasion of the inauguration of the Distillerie du Rhône. It is limited by a single batch of 1300 bottles. Like our DNA and our know-how, it represents our philosophy and our objective through its design and its taste. We highlight the region with its producers and gatherers of wild plants. Each spice is prepared independently and differently to extract the best before slow distillation and steam infusion. Thanks to nineteen botanicals, it represents the local flavors of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes with intensity, precision and generosity. We were inspired by our first cuvée GIN n°1 ADN which we pushed on new aromatics. The idea was to adapt our way of distilling and upset the dosages of plants to accentuate certain flavors, completely new and warm. Through innovative processes, we were able to integrate more plant density by accentuating cypress nut, bay leaf, cornflower blossom, mandarin peel, roots such as gentian and angelica, then rose leaf. 'eucalyptus. This GIN LANCEMENT is fine, intense and rich in aromas. It can be enjoyed perfectly as a gin and tonic, in a cocktail or neat.
