Wild blackberries from around the distillery and Ariège form the basis of this small seasonal batch of Gin, in limited numbers. Blueberries are uplifting and combine to make a fruity gin, which turns into a satisfying color when mixed into a tonic drink. Limited edition of 88 bottles in a single batch
