A refreshing, uninhibited gin packed with spice and citrus. Sweet vanilla and mandarin orange notes complement the fiery Cassia, Ginger and Allspice in this truly bold and inspired gin. Gin comes of the still at a strenght of around 80% alc. Usually, distilling gin to 43% alc. requires 200 liter of water per batch. We decided to skip this step.
