Gin description

Gin Lokal has a citrus-based base, complemented with local ingredients. For example, a link to the linden tree of Waver village square was laid with lindebloesem. There are also references to the vegetable region, with fennel and paprika and to the Waverwoud with eichinfruit, mint and caraway seeds. As there are rosemakers in the region, roseblade was also included in the taste palette. Gin Lokal is a private initiative, but the proceeds are donated to 'Scouting Waver Bouwt', to finance the construction of their new premises.
