Gin description

We are a micro-distillery and distill small batches, about 250 bottles per batch. While we think the charm is in the simplicity, we never compromise on quality. Making gin is a science in itself. We have an engineering-driven production methodology with high accuracy and repeatability. We have challenged traditional methods to develop our unique flavor profile. The craftsmanship also means that we do everything by hand. Picking the rose hips ourselves, filling bottles, labeling and corking.
