Gin description

Made on the Inshriach Estate, near Aviemore in the Scottish Highlands, using hand picked local botanicals. Scottish Juniper, Rosehips and juniper tips and blended with spring water from the estate. Distilled in a 150 litre copper still, each batch varies depending on the time of year and where exactly the ingredients have been picked.
