Gin description

After spending 20 years in London, once back home, I had to meet this challenge: to get into the realization of a Gin in the pure style "London Dry Bank". An Alsatian still, pure water source Rothbach and a selection of endemic wild herbs - angelica, woodruff, coriander, cumin, juniper and apple - gave us the gin Modertal Version "rearranged".
