Gin description

Gin is a distillate of high-purity ethyl alcohol, which is prepared with juniper berries and various aromatic plant parts (botanicals). This dissolves the aromas and essential oils from the plant parts and are bound in the alcohol. By means of the subsequent distillation in our burner the aromas, which are bound in the alcohol, are concentrated and get into the distillate. After a suitable maturation period in the glass balloon, which is in the storage at varying temperatures, the high-percentage distillate is reduced to 43% alcohol with soft water. The 43% were chosen so that our gin is also suitable as a basis for various mixed drinks. Our gin is characterized by its very fruity and intense smell of lime. In the taste, the citrus notes change with the bitter juniper tones and herbs.
