Ginsanity Handcrafted CGN Dry Gin

Gin description

Ginsanity is made in a classic copper kettle, a 50 liter bladder, in small batches. Michael and Dagmar Frangenberg have worked on the recipe for 3 years. From preparing the ingredients, to burning and bottling, the two in the little gin factory do it all themselves. Out of passion and love for their gin. The special thing about ginsanity is the whole lime that is added to the macerate. As a result, the Gin tastes insanely fresh-but remains surprisingly soft on the tongue. Fine juniper, ginger, coriander, pepper and chili complete the taste.
