Peninsula Gin

Gin description

We wanted our first gin to exceed our customer's expectations on what a London Dry style gin should taste like and we believe we have made a spirit that will be a bench mark by which other London Dry style gins will be judged in the future. We started with our Gold Medal winning Wheat Vodka as a base and then infused it with juniper, orange peel, lemon peel, angelica root, coriander and grains of paradise. We then do a final distillation on it and the result is a 90 proof gin that has a nose that is amazing with citrus and floral notes along with juniper.
