Gin is our passion and we want to make it our way of life, so we created the GinT Rubro, the first stop of our journey. Why 58%? A fellow traveler, bartender and friend, who is dear to us, told us, Be bold, do something strong! - and we did. Why a London Dry Gin? Of the many ways of making gin (distilled, infusion, vacuum, steam, blended, etc.) we decided to follow the most classical method, which gets all the strength and flavor in the most natural way possible, you can’t go wrong with that. What's different? The scent of the fig bark that represents childhood - brings back the memories of the fig tree that existed in the house of one of our grandparents, where I laid down in the shade to protect myself from the summer heat of Trás-os-Montes. No breeze, no noise: just the buzzing of wasps around sweet figs. This gin is special for us and we want it to be special for you too.
