Gin description

Our award winning Gordon Castle small-batch super-premium gin is a wee bit aromatic with a clean finish, much like our magical Scottish Walled Garden. Highland herbs from our Moray Garden are carefully blended and patiently distilled to tease out the botanicals to create this Scottish gin. Provenance doesn’t get any purer. The gin is crisp elegant and refreshing with a lovely clean palate. Subtle notes of lavender linger at the back of the nose and within the mouth. Garden mint comes into focus on the nose and in the mouth helping promote the clean refreshing character. Warming herb notes add to the richness and complexity of the gin.
