Houlle Finition Monbazillac

Gin description

Old juniper on which we completed a one-year finish in fresh Monbazillac barrels from Domaine de Peyrecagne. The Monbazillac being a sweet wine, this finish in fresh barrels brings body to this juniper, which greatly influences its hold in the mouth and its smoothness. There are woody and especially fruity aromas of the grape that oppose the dry side of the juniper.
