Great Southern Dry Gin

Gin description

Our gin is in the style of a refined London Dry Gin. Here we start with our neutral grape Vodka and redistill the spirit in the presence of 9 specially selected botanicals. They include Juniper Berries, Anise, Oris Root, Cardamom, Cinnamon bark, Coriander seed, Angelica Root and Fresh Lemon. These are combined to create our own secret blend. Uniquely our Gin is infused with an influence of Meen (bloodroot), a botanical native to the South West Coast of Western Australia. Meen adds a delicate pepper flavour that sets our gin apart creating a unique, refreshing, dry style of distilled gin.
