Gin description

Grimbart's Gin we distill from 17 ingredients carefully in small copper pot. As a special ingredient we use hand-picked grape-vine of our vineyards of Heidelberg roof hump. Grimbart's Gin is a "destilled Gin", ie the ingredients are macerated in alcohol and then distilled. The designation "dry" must carry our gin because it is bottled with no added sugar. The art to produce a good gin, is next to the correct choice of ingredients, especially in a slow and careful distillation. In taste, fresh citrus notes show combined with the bitter juniper aromas.
