Maredsous Abbey is located in the heart of the Molignée valley, at the gates of the Belgian Ardennes. The generous and preserved nature of this valley rich in natural springs makes it a favorable place for the wild flora and the most delicate plants necessary for the production of our spirits. Maredsous Gin is made from an infusion of more than 10 medicinal plants in a distillate of bio-certified grains (barley, rye and wheat). The particularly rich and pure aromatic concentrate is available in three categories depending on the plants used and their different therapeutic qualities. Maredsous Valéo is the result of an infusion of more than 10 types of medicinal plants and flowers, including juniper, sweet landau, poppy, henna, hawthorn, mallow and primrose, in a grain distillate organic certified (barley, rye and wheat). Pronounced floral touch, both in the nose and in the mouth. Beautiful finish complete with mauve and poppy taking over. Thanks to its floral touch, Valéo is soft and pleasant.
