Gin description

Gryphon House aims to create venues, locations, resorts, experiences, moments…. where people can feel safe and enjoy the moment and good friends. It's about meeting new people, developing relationships and creating unique experiences. Together with Lucy and Lee, the owners of Hope on Hopkins Distillery, we created 2 gin recipe of our own, ideal for our events. Both editions have the aim to consist only out of products that are indigenous to South Africa. Edition II - Cape´s Spices is based on african ingredients but with a strong influence of liquorice, making it much more edgy.
