Selkirk Gin is a classic London Dry gin style, which was developed to be enjoyed over ice, with a slice of orange. Its predominantly citrusy, juniper led flavours go along perfectly with any quality Indian tonic, allowing the gin to speak for itself. The botanicals in Selkirk Gin include juniper, angelica root, grapefruit, lemon and orange peel, liquorice root and the all-important gorse flower (Ulex europaeus), which is foraged from the surrounding Selkirk hills. It makes a classic gin and tonic but can also mark the difference between a mediocre and an unforgettable gin cocktail.
