The higher proof requires a more delicate balance of botanicals. originally intended as a seasonal offering this gin has thirteen fresh & dry including: juniper berries, coriander seed, cassia bark, orris root, birch leaves, angelica root, fresh orange peel and fresh organic cranberries. This gin has a powerful yet gentle, astringent yet effervescent flavor that is perfect for spirit forward cocktails.
