Gin description

Los Luceros Hacienda Gin derives its name from our historic property. The distillery was originally Los Luceros Winery, which was the second straw bale built winery in the United States. Hacienda Gin is a potato based London Dry style of gin. It is produced in small batches in copper Alembic stills which were custom made in Bavaria, Germany. The still utilizes a botanical chamber where fine herbs, medicinals and botanicals are placed in muslin teabags, allowing essential oils to be extracted from a blend of twenty ingredients from around the world, including Sicilian bergamot peel and organic Croatian juniper. Hacienda Gin has seductive nuances and a sophisticated flavor profile with citrus overtones and a fragrant backbone of organic Juniper.
