Gin description

Castilian Gin was born in the heart of Castilla, from where it takes its name, specifically in the Sierra de Guadarrama, and has been developed in different locations in the confluence and vicinity of three provinces: Madrid, Segovia and Avila. The elaboration is made from a very fine cereal alcohol, through a process of three distillations of 9 different botanicals, whose final alcohol is reduced with water from the Sierra de Guadarrama. The final result is a gin of the London Dry Gin type, 44º.
