For the latest chapter of our story we welcome another original English gin. This time, with a warm, spicy and earthy character that’s truly full flavoured. Each limited release bottle of Hayman’s English Cordial Gin is carefully crafted to reflect the style enjoyed in the 1800s, with a little help from our good friend and drinks historian David T Smith. Old archives reveal that cordial gin was one of the most luxurious gins of its time. And that by the mid-​1800s, many people had begun to choose the sweetened style, which worked in harmony with its botanicals to enhance the distinctive flavours. Bottled at 42% alc, our English Cordial Gin retains a delicate softness, perfect for mixing cocktails or sipping on its own. It’s a gin that’s sure to impress. But with only 1,500 bottles available, we’ll understand if you want to keep it to yourself.
