To celebrate the 5th Birthday of Hepple’s pioneering “Triple Technique”, we have created this new gin exclusively for Fenwick, our very first customer. The tingling freshness of tangerine peel and Douglas fir needles, alongside the warmth of cocoa and spice are all captured by vacuum distillation, while Supercritical Extraction yields an exceptional underlying richness from our ripe juniper. Layered on our silky smooth ‘London Dry’ core from the copper pot still it is a gin fit for all seasons but uniquely perfect for winter.
