Friedrich and Mathias Mölk, the former and the current head of the bakery Therese Mölk, thought: Our bread of yesterday would be an excellent basis to burn a gin Tyrolean style. Thought done. Mr. Friedrich spared no effort and no comparison to lead his Tyrolean gin pleasurable perfection. His recipe its namesake does not betray. Just this: In 400 bottles of gin plug 1,000 kg of bread yesterday, the saccharified in a complex process and fermented. For the maceration a lot of different spices are used, the main ingredient is natural juniper.
