Gin description

Since 2013, our Palatinate destilled Gin has been produced in a single firing process, ie the recipe of the Botanicals has to be strictly correct and only small editions are produced. For each brand, the botanicals are selected according to the highest quality and prepared by hand for the transformation to our Heußler Gin. Filling and labeling is also handwork. Stylistically, it comes very clear, fresh and with precise fruit. The juniper in the foreground is pleasantly rounded off by the botanicals and the fruitiness. In the finish, notes of ginger and a fine herb wort. The unicorn on the label is part of our family coat which goes back to 1563.
