In the gardens at Highgrove a wonderful array of organic herbs are grown, which are used as botanicals in our wonderful gin. Three key herbs were selected; you will detect a hint of lavender on the nose with sage adding an extra depth of flavour while the famous Highgrove thyme adds further character to both the aroma and flavour. Produced in the UK and distilled in London.
