Gin description
Highwayman Gin is named after the gallant and courteous rogue Claude Du Val who haunted the roads of London. He was known as an eternal feather in the cap of highway gentility. Highwayman Gin embodies the finesse and strength of this gentlemen thief - it represents a genuine small batch gin in a sea of brands that pretend to wear the Craft Label. Highwayman Gin is a brand new gin brought to you from Ladies & Gentlemen bar. Distilled in small batches using a humble 16 litre pot copper still, Highwayman Gin pushes the boundaries of what fresh ingredients can add to a truly traditional production method. The whole process takes place in the Highwayman's true home of Ladies & Gentlemen, Kentish Town. In Highwayman, precious citrus has been held up on its way to market from larger merchants and only 12 bottles are produced daily using locally locally sourced juniper, coriander and angelica root. All ingredients are then distilled on the copper still using a base of exquisite Vestal vodka Spirit.
