The story began in Ibiza, on New Year's Eve, with a group of gin-loving friends. The euphoric moments that led to the development of ingenious and zany ideas resulted in the following proposal: "What if we produced a gin right here in Ibiza? A few years later, the three friends from Germany launched an exceptional gin, which since 2013 has become one of the island's tastiest ambassadors. Law Ibiza Dry Gin benefits from the aromatic power of juniper berries "juniperus phoenicea" and the finesse of Mediterranean citrus. The recipe is rounded off by the island's finest treasures, such as prickly pear, iris and Padrón pepper, a local specialty.
